Answer:  In my experience, they don't shrink dramatically. I personally got the same size as my sports bra (I'm about 34B, 32C) and it doesn't feel like it has shrunk. If small and medium are definitely too small, go for the large; A little wiggle room is better than being cramped in a spike trap.
